Auditions are August 14 and 15 after school from 2:40 to 4 pm in E-3. You do not need to attend both days, and you must have transportation home after school. Please contact Ms. Glass or Ms. Walton with any questions. No prior experience required. - Parents Needed for School Council
We are looking for two dedicated parents who would like to serve on The STEM Academy's School Council. Any interested parents are encouraged to visit this link: https://tinyurl.com/STEMSchoolCouncilNomination to complete a nomination form. Forms are due by August 23, 2019. - Student Safety During Morning Drop-Off
Understanding that morning traffic is extremely busy, we want to ensure our students who walk to school arrive to us safely. Please do not block any of the crosswalks with cars as you are attempting to turn into the car rider line. This is for the safety of our school crossing guard and our students walking to school.
All students who walk to campus MUST use the cross walk and wait for the crossing guard to assist them with crossing the road. There are students who get dropped off at CVS and run/walk across Edgewater Rd to get to campus. This is extremely dangerous. It is preferred you use the car rider line to drop off your student. - Back to School Reminders

Every parent/guardian should monitor his/her child's grades at least once a week. With Power School Parent Access, parents have direct access to each teacher's gradebook. Grades will be updated at least once per week. If you had access last year, your login information and access code remain the same. If you have never had access before, please stop by our school office with your driver's license, or call our Information Specialist, Mrs. Jacquelyn Bailey, at (912) 395-3500

- Immunizations Needed for Rising 7th Grade Students
- Dear Parent/Guardian, Georgia law requires that students entering 7th grade, who are born on or after January 1, 2002, must have 1 dose of Tdap and 1 dose of MCV4 vaccine. Please check with your child’s health care provider to make sure his/her immunization record is up to date. In accordance with state law, we cannot allow your child to attend school unless we receive a current form 3231, with all required vaccinations. Beginning on the first day of the school year, August 5, 2019, your student must have up to date immunizations to be allowed at school. We are starting off this school year Raven strong and need your assistance. Please make your appointments over the summer to have your student immunized; either by your pediatrician or at the Department of Public Health. Please note this policy is different from previous years, as your 7th grade students will not be allowed to attend school starting with the first day, August 5, 2019, and will be required to remain out, until they are able to provide the required documentation. Thank you for your efforts in keeping our entire student body healthy and safe
